I chose to take photos of my dog Hachi, because he was a willing subject and I thought he would be easy to get pictures of as he chased a ball or rolled over. (I was wrong-- he moves very fast.) For the photos I optimized, I liked that I was able to capture such adorable moments, although I wish I had managed to get less blurry photos.
This assignment taught me how to use camera techniques to snap pictures of subjects moving at higher speeds than usual/standing still.
